Shipping & returns

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment reflecting, via courier to your door. Delivery takes 2-4 business days in main centres and 3-5 in regional areas. Delivery is R 75, free on orders over R 1 400.

Orders are paid by EFT, and dispatch starts once your payment reflects. You'll receive tracking details by email the moment your order is with the courier.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Tights given a first wear indoors on a clean floor can be exchanged for a different size.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange the rest, including the courier collection.

Refunds

Refunds are paid by EFT to the account the order was paid from, within 3 business days of your return arriving back with us.
